Audely for Mac
Learn which listening, source, metadata, transcript, backup, and library management workflows belong on Mac.
Audely for Mac combines everyday listening with the larger management tasks that benefit from a desktop screen, keyboard, and file system.
Everyday listening
Use Home, shows, episodes, favourites, search, Now Playing, the queue, and chapters to move through your library. The player bar keeps transport, progress, speed, and listening actions close while you browse.
Sources and preferences
Open Audely › Settings to manage source folders and app preferences. The Sources area provides folder access, scan actions, status, and detailed source information.
Metadata management
Mac supports both focused show and episode editing and larger bulk metadata workflows. Changes remain inside the Audely library and do not rewrite source audio.
Transcript workflows
With Audely Pro, read and search full transcripts, generate one transcript, queue several episodes for batch generation, or enable automatic generation for newly imported audio. Transcript generation remains on the Mac after the selected model is downloaded. If Pro ends, short previews and transcript/model removal remain available, while every full reader and transcript-text search routes to Pro.
Cloud backups
Use Settings › Backup to create, inspect, and restore versioned Audely Pro cloud backups.
Continue on mobile
Enable sync on Mac and on the mobile device, then link a playable audio folder on both. Supported metadata and listening state can follow you, while each device retains its own source access.
