Begin with the getting started guide. It walks you through linking your first audio folder, building your library, and understanding what Audely stores.
How Audely works
- Choose your audio folders. Audely reads audiobooks and podcast downloads from folders you select.
- Choose what each folder contains. Import it as Audiobooks, Podcasts, or a mixture. Mixed folders let you identify the audiobook files before anything enters the library.
- Audely builds your library. Audiobooks become books and parts. Podcasts become shows and episodes. Artwork, organisation, progress, favourites, notes, podcast transcripts, and preferences live in Audely without changing your source audio.
- Sync when you want to. With Audely Pro, Audely can keep supported library information up to date across your devices using iCloud.
Important to know
- Audely does not move or rewrite the audio in your chosen folders.
- Removing a source folder, audiobook, part, podcast, or episode from Audely does not delete the original audio file.
- Source audio is never included in Audely sync or cloud backups.
- Audely requires no separate account and collects no analytics.
