Queue and chapters
Decide what plays next and navigate embedded chapters without changing the original audio file.
The queue controls the upcoming listening order. Chapters provide named points inside an episode when the source audio contains embedded chapter data.
Add episodes to the queue
Open an episode’s actions and choose the available queue action. Depending on context, you can place an episode next or later in the queue.
Reorder or remove queued episodes
Open the queue from the player. Reorder episodes with the platform’s standard movement controls or remove an item from the queue. Removing a queued item does not remove it from the library.
Clear the queue
Use the queue’s clear action when you want to end the upcoming sequence. The currently playing episode remains separate from the cleared upcoming list.
Open chapters
When chapter data is embedded in the source file, open Chapters from Now Playing. Choose a chapter to seek directly to its start time.
Audely reads embedded chapters from the source audio. They are not rewritten, edited, synced, or included in a cloud backup.
If chapters disappear, confirm that the source audio is still available on the device. Audely needs the file to read its embedded chapter information.
